Hi i'm Zoe
Hi I’m Zoe! I have been teaching Pilates for 18 years qualifying in matwork with Body Control Pilates in 2006 then reformer with the Lisa B Academy in 2018.
I teach group and private reformer classes from my garden studio, always with an eye toward creativity, variety, and progression.
In 2020, I launched the PwZ App to share my joy of flowing movement more widely.
My approach continues to evolve, but one thing remains consistent: I’m here to find the joy and freedom in movement —without losing the integrity of the work.
When teaching I focus on movement over mirroring and flow over fuss, aiming to keep things seamless—limiting time spent adjusting springs, shifting equipment, or watching me demo.
Instead, I want my clients exploring, moving and connecting with their bodies for most of the time that I have them.
I honour the classical work and the Pilates principles, but I also believe there’s room for curiosity, play, and evolution.
Allow me to share what I’ve learnt over my 18 years of teaching with you.
